Ade Bowen

Ade is an entertainer, writer and illustrator. He lives in Weston with his beautiful wife, two wonderful daughters and a Jack Russel. His first two children's books merge his entertainer personality into his writing to create books that parents love reading as much as children love hearing and they have sold over 7,000 copies.

Ade has been teaching how to draw and paint since 2003, so naturally he illustrated his own books.

As a qualified teacher, Ade has taught a unique mix of art, maths and business studies. He now runs his own classes teaching the basics of drawing and painting.

Ade's hobbies include performing in pantomime with the Bleadon Players (oh yes he does) and performing stand up comedy, which he describes as the scaries thing he has ever done. He also likes playing board games, cycling and sniffing crisps
